Wednesday – Load In/Tech Our first road trip of the 2022 Formula DRIFT PROSPEC season was a 14-hour drive to Orlando Speed World for Round 1. My team and I arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Entering our third year of Formula DRIFT, the SC300 was up to par with all the rules and passed tech quickly. We are happy to announce that we pitted with Alex Lichliter and will continue to for the rest of the season. Alex and I have known each other for quite some time now, beginning from our grassroots days. It is amazing to see how we climbed up the ranks and are now competing together in one of the biggest platforms in drifting.

Weds - Load in
Since we live in Maryland, New Jersey is the closest Formula Drift event of the year. Our drive was only 4 hours away, so load in was extremely casual for us. We got in around 6pm, and proceeded with unloading the car and setting up our pit. After we unloaded, we went out for some supplies and dinner. Chris Tugwell met us later in the night. He brought his pop up trailer and pitted next to us. We were excited to be back in Jersey! Alex Lichliter sits down to share his recap of the entire Formula Drift Orlando event; from checking in and tech, to qualifying and top 32, all the way through to the end of the competition weekend.
