NonStopTuning ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS 

The NST website has been designed with you, the user and customer, in mind. Our website is constantly updated to include accurate information to help educate and inform visitors. Our site is designed to handle all orders online, it is secure, automated, and integrated with our available inventory. Debit or Credit Cards can be used and shipping is available to USA & international addresses.

To start the order process on our website:
1. Select your items, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.
2. Our shopping cart will ask for your shipping address and will prompt you with FREE Priority Shipping.
​(We do NOT inflate our prices to offset FREE shipping & our shipping method is Priority AKA Fast AF)
3. Enter Credit Card or Debit Card info, which will be processed through our secure servers.
4. Include an optional note with your order for color preference, special instructions, etc.
Please be sure to provide a good email address and be sure to keep an eye on your inbox/spam/trash folders for email updates, if you are not receiving our emails it is quite likely they've been sent to your spam box by your email spam filters.

Customers can expect to receive the following after completing the order process:
1. Instant email confirmation of a successful order/payment via online shopping cart.
2. Follow up email with full order details and final processing within a few days.
3. Final email with detailed shipping information and tracking numbers for all orders.
(USA orders ship with 2-3 day Priority service, including tracking numbers, at no extra charge.)
(INTERNATIONAL orders ship with 7-10 day Priority service, including tracking numbers, at no extra charge.)

When Requesting Order Info:  Please include full name, description (item number) of what was ordered, and order number. Order status/tracking inquiries are best handled via emails and will NOT be handled on social media.  Our social media staff does not have access to the necessary information to respond to such requests. NonStopTuning RETURN POLICY
​

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 14 days of delivery. ALL return/warranty/service requests must be initiated by email and must be approved by NST.

Products must be in original packaging and in new condition. Any product that was used, modified, damaged, or fully/partially installed is non-refundable. Shipping Fees (inbound and outbound) are non-refundable and items must be properly packaged to prevent damages during shipping. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns.

Special Order Items (machined to customer specs) require payment/deposit before production and can not be cancelled.

NonStopTuning WARRANTY POLICY

NonStopTuning warrants the quality of all NST items for one (1) year. Pulley warranty is contingent upon new OEM crank bolts being torqued to OEM specs at the time of install and accessory belts being changed every 3 years or 36,000 miles. Installers and mechanics should follow OEM repair manuals for proper install procedures, NST videos are for illustration purposes only. This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser from the NST website and may not be transferred or assigned. Any modification to NST products voids any and all warranties. NST is not responsible for voiding the OEM car manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims must be sent directly to NST via email. If all the above procedures are followed, and the product is found to be defective in either material or workmanship, NST shall EITHER repair or replace the product, at its sole discretion, and at its sole cost. This limited warranty does NOT cover or apply to any personal injury, labor charges, or any other incidental costs or damages.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESSED WARRANTY, WHICH APPLIES TO NST PRODUCTS AND IS EXPRESSLY GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS HEREBY LIMITED BY THE SAME TERMS AND TIME LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED EXPRESSED WARRANTY AND OTHERWISE EXCLUDED. EXCEPT FOR THOSE OBLIGATIONS ASSUMED HEREIN, NST ASSUMES NO OTHER OBLIGATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF NST PRODUCTS.
