Need Custom Pulleys For Your Project?  NonStopTuning has been designing & developing lightweight pulleys since 2005!

This process begins with you taking detailed photos of your OEM pulleys and emailing them to us for custom recommendations and preliminary quotes:  [email protected]

Each kit is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum (or stainless steel) and is tested for tight machining and balance tolerances. Every NST pulley is anodized for exceptional durability and is available in a choice of colors.

Special orders requiring custom machining MUST BE discussed with AND approved by NST, via email, before payment is made; randomly placed unapproved orders will not be accepted.  Special order items can require 60+ days, this process cannot be expedited and is as a direct result of market conditions, current demand, and current support from the community.  

BETTER THAN THE COMPETITION SINCE 2005
  • 70-75% weight reduction vs OEM while stronger (OEM is cast iron, NST is CNC machined and will never corrode)
  • Anodizing on NST pulleys makes aluminum stronger (cheaper bare aluminum {silver/billet} pulleys are softer than NST)
  • NST crank pulleys have oil sleeves when necessary (most other brands do not offer this very important feature)
  • NST crank pulleys have proper timing marks on the pulley (one of few companies to offer this important feature)
  • Better throttle response and fuel economy (smoother operation and higher MPG)

Max WHP from 142 to 147, massive increase of +20 whp @ 4,100 rpm.
Max WTQ from 135 to 151, massive increase of +25 wtq @ 4,100 rpm.

2005 Infiniti G35 / 350Z
Max WHP from 227 to 232, very nice shift in the mid range; consistent 10+ horsepower gains in the middle of the powerband. Max WTQ increase from 220 to 232.

Up 9 WHP & 14 WTQ. Gains are present at low, mid, and high rpm. Very impressive gain of +20 whp and +20 wtq is clearly visible at 6,000 rpm.
